Role of Panoris

Depending on the context, Panoris acts as:

  • a data controller (e.g. website visitors, customers)
  • a data processor (data stored within the Panoris system)

What Data We Process

We may process the following personal data:

  • identification and contact details (name, company, email, phone)
  • billing data (address, company ID)
  • technical data (IP address, online identifiers)
  • data stored within the system (including video recordings)

Purpose of Processing

We process personal data for:

  • providing our services and fulfilling agreements
  • communication with customers
  • invoicing and legal obligations
  • improving and operating our systems

Additional processing may occur only based on your consent.

Data Retention

Personal data is processed:

  • for the duration of the contractual relationship
  • up to 1 year after termination (unless legal obligations require longer storage)

Data stored within the system is deleted within 30 days after termination of the agreement, unless agreed otherwise.

Data Sharing

We do not transfer personal data to other controllers.

We use trusted processors (e.g. hosting, communication tools, analytics providers) strictly for service delivery. These processors are contractually bound to ensure data protection.

Personal data may be disclosed to public authorities if required by law.
